Please cancel an appointment within 48 hours. If an appointment is cancelled the day of, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled service. If you do not show up for your appointment you will be charged 100% of your missed service and you will be unable to schedule any further appointments in advance. A habit of continuously cancelling appointments will result in a required pre-appointment payment with a credit card in order to reserve the scheduled time. Thank you for understanding.
Unfortunately I am unable to issue a refund for products but I would be happy to exchange a product for a different product in the event that you are unhappy with your purchase. All returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase date with a reasonable amount of product used.
Color correction must have a physical (not just over the phone) consultation before booking. This will ensure that we have the correct amount of time and that I can determine exactly what your hair needs. Color correction may take multiple appointments to achieve the desired result. I will not guarantee any corrective color without the proper use of professional products recommended. Any color correction will require the completion of legal release forms found here. Color correction appointment require a $150 down payment to reserve your appointment. In the event that you need to cancel a corrective color appointment, please allow 72 hours or the $150 will be forfeited.

Although I do my very best to remind you of your scheduled appointment, I am one person attempting to do it all and will sometimes be unable to remind you. Please be responsible and mark your appointment in your calendar just in case.
